Wacom Cintiq 24HD Approved by FCC
In a bit of long awaited news regarding the Cintiq series of displays from Wacom, the FCC has put it's stamp of approval on the Cintiq 24HD, according to the tech blog Engadget. The new model, as the name implies, is apparently a 24" model with at least a 1920x1280 resolution, which would be a step up from the Cintiq 21UX, which is only 1600x1200 resolution. The Wacom Cintiq 21UX has been very hard to come by for the last year, with Wacom struggling to keep up with demand, however Motion Media currently has 10 in stock and ready to ship (as of 8/24/11, call for current availability)
As of this time there is no pricing information available, and no word from Wacom on these bad boys, but as soon as we know something, we'll keep you updated. If you're looking for a Cintiq 21UX, we have them in stock, for real, so give us a call, or click on the link to purchase.
